- Campaign inputs, generated marketing content, edits, saved drafts, planner data and usage activity inside MenuMuse.
- Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, approximate region, pages viewed and diagnostic logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
- To create, personalize, save and improve AI-generated marketing content for your café or restaurant.
- To manage your account, authentication, subscriptions, usage limits, support requests and product communications.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, debug errors and protect MenuMuse, our users and the public.
- To understand aggregate product usage so we can improve features, onboarding and performance.
AI processing
When you generate content, MenuMuse may send your prompts, café profile details and relevant context to trusted AI service providers to produce outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data, health data or confidential third-party information unless you have the right to use it.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, email, customer support, security and AI generation. These providers are only authorized to process information for MenuMuse-related services.
Your choices
- You can update or delete many café profile details from your account.
- You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide MenuMuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
