Using MenuMuse

You may use MenuMuse to create marketing content for businesses you own, manage or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the prompts, café profile details, menu information, uploaded references and campaign content you provide.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing them, including claims about pricing, ingredients, allergens, promotions, availability and legal compliance.
• You must have the rights needed to submit any images, brand assets, menu details, customer data or third-party content you add to MenuMuse.

Acceptable use

• Do not use MenuMuse to create unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, discriminatory or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell or interfere with the service.
• Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card data or confidential information that you are not authorized to process.

AI outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for other users. MenuMuse is a creative assistant, not legal, financial, nutritional or advertising compliance advice. You are responsible for final approval and publication decisions.

Plans, billing and changes

MenuMuse may offer free and paid plans with different usage limits and features. We may update pricing, limits or features with reasonable notice when required. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Availability and termination

We work to keep MenuMuse reliable, but the service may change, pause or experience downtime. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk or is used in a way that harms the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MenuMuse is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
